We worked as advisor on the transition from an environment using Excel and SAS to a Hadoop/Python+Spark cluster. We supported team members as a subject matter expert, met with users and department representatives to gain an understanding of the issues faced and current work practices, reviewed existing training material for accuracy and quality, and established an effective way to check for an appropriate entry level competency to onboard new users.
